Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates We work with various specialized suppliers to bring you high-quality pet products. Shipping times vary depending on the item and its origin.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days.

  • Note: Please keep in mind that these are estimates. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or high seasonal demand are outside of our control.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at footly.support@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Footly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes We ship to P.O. boxes; however, some of our carriers have specific restrictions. Please ensure your address is fully complete.

6. Multiple Items If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages at different times, as they may be sourced from different warehouses.

7. Refund Policy for Delayed Shipping While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occasionally occur. Because our products are shipped globally, we cannot offer refunds for orders that are still in transit within the expected delivery window.
